
Notice of Annual General Meeting – 12 August 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Auckland Anniversary Regatta Incorporated will be held on Tuesday 12 August 2025 at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS), Westhaven, commencing at 7.00pm.
The Agenda is now available online.
Nomination Forms are available for the following committee positions:
- Chair
- Vice Chair
- Treasurer
- General Committee
Nominations will close at 1700hrs on Tuesday 5 August 2025.
The Agenda and Nomination Form can be posted on request.
A Proxy Voting Form is also available for those who cannot be at the meeting in person.
Clubs and Class Associations – we would welcome a representative from your organisation to join us – meetings are monthly, on the first Tuesday of the month, 6pm at the Royal NZ Yacht Squadron. Online facilities are available for those who are unable to make the meeting in person.
