Could you help secure a $10k grant for Auckland Anniversary Day Regatta?

Do you or anyone you know need office space in Mairangi Bay? The NZL Sailing Foundation is seeking a tenant (or tenants) for their commercial office unit on Apollo Drive, the income from which directly supports their aim to support young Kiwi sailors on the world stage.

The now vacant 442sqm commercial office unit is a first floor upstairs unit which comes with 12 carparks. Splitting the unit into two separate tenancies of approximately 220sqm each is also a possibility.

The new tenant will have the opportunity to choose a yacht club or organisation (like the Auckland Anniversary Regatta) to receive a $10,000 grant from NZLSF on signing of a long term lease.
