Entries have started rolling in for the 185th Auckland Anniversary Day Regatta on Monday 27 January, 2025.
Thank you to those who have entered so far – we’re hoping this edition of the regatta will be a spectacular sight for those watching, with bumper crowds expected for the opening event of the Moana Auckland festival.
To encourage you to get your entry in early, we’re once again putting up a huge cash prize as an incentive!
The $1,000 cash prize will be awarded to one lucky skipper of a yacht (harbour or passage races), launch or tugboat who gets their entry in by 31 December, takes part in the regatta and attends the Prizegiving Ceremony. It’s that easy! Why not get your entry in now while you’re thinking about it?

The Moana Auckland festival is a six-week celebration of all things nautical in the City of Sails, and the Auckland Anniversary Day Regatta will be the flagship opening event on Monday 27 January, 2025.
