Calling out to all 16-18 year old sailors – a chance to win a life-changing voyage on Spirit of New Zealand

The Spirit of Adventure Trust has again generously donated the most amazing prize for the Oceanbridge Auckland Anniversary Day Regatta in 2024.  All 16-18 year olds participating in the regatta in ANY division can enter for a chance to win the Youth Spirit Prize, a 10 day voyage on the Spirit of New Zealand.

This could be an amazing life-changing experience for one young sailor. Valued at $3,500, it is an opportunity that has already unlocked the potential of thousands of young Kiwis.

We’re sure there are many young people out there who would love the opportunity to experience the Spirit of New Zealand, so please encourage any young sailors you know aged between 16 and 18 on Anniversary Day, Monday 29 January 2024, to take part in ANY division in the regatta to qualify.

This includes dinghy and board sailors, or crew on a keelboat, or dragon boaters/waka ama paddlers, or even just riding along on a launch or tugboat.  This is an awesome opportunity for an epic adventure.

It’s easy to enter the draw – young regatta participants just need to complete the Youth Spirit Prize entry form anytime between now and 10 February.
